Results - PEP® works!
A PEP® training provides you and your organization gain of time. We present the effect of PEP® has through measurements. Van Soest/Koedam Consultancy finds great importance to the insight of the results. Before and after each training a qualitative and quantitative effects are measured, and put down in writing in a report for the sponsor and the participants.
From customer experience the average results of time saved per week is 2 to 4 hours per participant. This result is usually achieved after 2 to 6 weeks. More difficult to measure is the greater pleasure that employees have in their work. The evaluation also shows that there are improvements in their personal lives, that participants experience less work pressure, have more overview, feel more comfortable in their working environment, are more action-oriented and people have more confidence in themselves.
